For owners
Your building might be worth more than your business.
If you own the freehold, a developer may value the site more highly than another operator values the trade. Most owners are only ever offered one of those two exits. We can run either.
What this costs you
Nothing. The developer pays the introduction fee, not you. There is no charge for asking, no charge for our view, and nothing taken out of your side if a sale ever happens.
You would want your own solicitor before you agreed anything. We are not one.
What happens
We look at what the site could be, we tell you honestly, and if you want to go further we introduce you to developers who are actively looking.
No board outside. No auction catalogue. Nothing public unless you ask for it. Your staff, your customers and your competitors learn nothing.
You are not committing to anything
Finding out what it might be worth does not put your business up for sale. You can stop at any point, and we close the file and delete your details if you ask.
Nothing is shown to anyone until you say we may.
A quiet first step
See what the land might be worth before you decide anything.
Our Site Snapshot is free, needs no email address, and reads your building the way a developer would. You get the whole answer on screen. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a valuation — what a site fetches depends on what somebody can actually build and what they will pay on the day.
We do not tell you what your site is worth and we will not pretend to. What we can tell you is whether a developer we are working with is looking for something like it — and what they would want to build.
Step 1 of 3
The place
Tell us about it
Tell us where it is.
The address or the postcode. We do not show it to anyone unless you tell us we can.
In your own words — a garage, a warehouse we don't use any more, a shop with a flat over it.
